We had our 1800sqft, single-story house painted in June. I should have posted a review sooner as we were very pleased with Arizona Painting Company, LLC's (APC) overall level of service - but given that time has passed the house still looks as good as when it was just painted - holding up to the AZ sun well. We took numerous bids and the amounts varied widely - often distinguishable between small independents and more reasonably sized companies like APC.

APC was on the upper end of the pricing ranges but not wildly so. We could tell by the level of bid detail that the higher end of the pricing spectrum bought you more prep work and attention to detail.

APC worked with us on remaining competitive vs. another bid. Initially, we were not trying to bid once company against the other - it just turned out that our initial interest in APC's competitor was around a warranty that was basically redundant to the paint manufacturer's warranty and therefore appeared to be more of a gimmick. To make matter's worse, APC's competitor would not negotiate at all - a big concern of ours should something need to be addressed after the job was done. APC walked us through various application options ahead of the job and was quick to take care of touch up items and even voluntarily redo an area of initial concern that was not completed to the supervisor's satisfaction.

I rarely call companies out like this, but largely because they were so rigid in their customer relations, if you are at all considering PHOENIXHOUSEPAINTING.COM - DON'T. Call Arizona Painting Company instead.
