AZ Painting Co was recommended by a coworker and based on all the previous reviews it was a no-brainer who to choose. The first day of painting the crew was late then seemed to rush thru the prepping process. The second day they completed the job then left. The following day my 6 month old puppy was finding glue and paint scrapings all around the foundation of the house. The cleanup process wasn't thorough, I continued to find paint scrapings that were mixed into the rocks by the foundation. Two weeks later the paint was already chipping, the house wasn't scrapped well enough. Called the office, stated the same crew had to go back out to do the touch-up, which is fine but that was two weeks before they could come. The day of the touch-up, the crew canceled because they were running behind on the project before mine. I rescheduled to the following day. The next day the crew cancelled for family reasons. Very upset at this point, called the main office they promised to send out another crew. Couple weeks later a different crew showed up, the original crew was fired, we did a walk around showed them the areas to correct. No problem, they were going to scrape for a second time then a little touch-up work. Crew rang the doorbell said they were done and left. Later went to inspect the work things almost appeared worse. There were streaks now and still areas not scraped which will eventually peel with the AZ sun. Even purchased the extended paint warranty, what a waste. Calling the office again to complain was not worth the headache or taking time off work for an appointment a crew may or may not show up to. The whole process was a nightmare, such a pain to get quality work. Wish I went with the other company.
