When I first received a quote I was assured that the pre existing concerns I had would be addressed (stucco cracks, attention to gazebo wood, and masonry planters being painted same as house. A job that I was told would take 3 days was completed in 9 hours.... or so I was told. When I reviewed the quality of workmanship I was astonished. I did not bargain shop because I wanted great quality and workmanship. The stucco cracks were painted over (including bird droppings and spider webs) half of the fence return was painted, did not even touch the top of the gazebo, there were no signs of power washing (would have removed the bird droppings and spider webs), painted directly over top of drip irrigation line running to masonry planter, it left an actual visible line on the cement block. Referring back to a 3 day job taking less than one day, I was told this is one of their best crews. I did meet with the head of production to walk the house again and pointed out many of the flaws. He was very polite and assured that they would not leave until I was satisfied. Unfortunately, my experience has changed my perception of satisfaction. The job was finished, I hope others have a better experience.
