We have done business with Builders Flooring and Design twice now. We originally hired them to handle the removal of our old flooring and installation of new tile in our home a couple of months back. We discussed with them how we wanted the flooring to look and they made it happen for us. Everything went fairly smoothly and they made sure to clean up after themselves before they left. A couple of weeks after the installation I noticed that a couple of the tiles were not even. I gave them a call and they quickly sent someone out to get everything fixed for us. They are a great company and will always put your requests first.
