Builders Flooring & Design was great and we have already recommended them to others. We bought tile from them for flooring, kitchen backsplash and bathroom. They also did the installation for the backsplash and the bathroom. They were very good with communication. It was very easy to get hold of the owner throughout the process--over anything we needed to be changed or any information we needed, he was right there. The only negative thing, I would say, was that a couple of times they were supposed to come but didn't show up. But that was a miscommunication that happened between the owner and the workers. Their pricing was also pretty good. Overall, they did a beautiful job and we would recommend them very highly. We're very, very happy with how everything turned out.
