Builders Flooring & Design did a major project for us--they installed tiling in two bathrooms and the laundry room, and they installed cabinets in our entire house. They did a great job. Their technicians were professional, competent and efficient. We had no concerns at all on those counts. They were also very responsive. Now anytime you do a project you're gonna have issues. It's a given. So I always look at how they respond. With Builders Flooring & Design, they had just excellent follow through. They are also very nice people. They're very pleasant and easy to deal with. It makes all the difference. Everything turned out the way we wanted. I'm very satisfied with their work and I've already recommended them to other people.
