Nik from Builders Flooring & Design took really good care of us! There in-house staff was very technically sound and focused on our needs. The actual guys who came out -- the tiling folks and carpenters -- all did a very good job. They all displayed a high level of professional care. They regularly checked in with us to make sure they were meeting our expectations and that we knew what was happening as it was happening. The cost of all of their services was an excellent value for the money -- it was quite comparable if not less expensive than their competitors. I would go back if needed. I highly recommend them!
