I am a realtor and was in a pinch regarding a plumbing issue that was the result of the foundation being repaired. I represented the buyer and we needed immediate service in order to get the transaction finished. Their pricing came in $400 below a competitor. They were able to schedule service the next day and completed the work on time. Very satisfied. I think a lot of people are nervous i'm hiring a plumber because you never know what you're going to get and it can be quite expensive.
