The service call was scheduled through AHS warranty. The service tech came out and could not find the leak. The service tech said I would need to pay the copay of 75.00 he said if the leak came back with in 60 days just call AHS warranty and have us come back out that there would be no service copay again as long as it was within the 60 days. So the first service call was on 12/12 the next call was on 1/26. I told AHS the service tech said no service charge of 75.00 if they had to come back out for the same thing and per they could find the leak the first time. AHS said they would have to charge per AHS policy for recalls is for 30 days not 60 days. AHS called Royal Flush and Royal Flush said there would be another service fee. I called Royal Flush and the rep said she would have to get in contact with the service tech to verify if he told me no service charge if the leak came back within 60 days. After calling and speaking with Royal Flush then finally one day later the service tech called me back and said sorry you will have to pay another service fee per he was not aware of AHS 30 day window. So I called my AHS warranty back and said please get me with another company that could please come out and get my leak fixed per I am not paying Royal Flush to come back out. Royal Flush then called me back and said that's ok after speaking to the manager they could waive the service fee. I declined and now have a another company coming out to fix the leak.
