Came out to fix my hot water heater a week ago through American Home Shield warranty. Still don't have any hot water! The employee fulfilled the breaker switch, said "that should do it" and left. Did not bother to verify whether hot water coming from pipes or not...They're suppose to come back next Monday (good thing it's not an emergency!) I finally called @ 430pm after putting in 2nd request 0730am for a call back. The office staff was clueless about service request at first, then swore they "left a message". First rule of customer service: it's not smart to argue with the customer. There are plenty of other plumbing choices out there and I don't HAVE to deal with you!
