My husband and I had our vehicles sent from Santa Cruz, California to Anchorage, Alaska in January 2017. Having never shipped a vehicle before, we were quite nervous and uncertain about the procedure. After looking around for quotes, Executive Auto Shippers seemed the most affordable and reliable; and yet we had our reservations. We were certain that our cars would be held for ransom at the pick up location and the very reasonable rate we were quoted would somehow mysterious be inflated due to circumstances outside our control. We were quite forward with Laura, our agent at Executive Auto Shippers, and asked her repeatedly- would there be any added fees or charges?- to which she calmly explained- "no, we hold true to our quote." And to our amazement, when we went to pick up our vehicles, we were charged exactly what we were quoted!!

Throughout the process we had lots of questions and a few changes (initially we had planned on sending the vehicles separately, but then decided to send them the same date), and Laura went above and beyond by calling us at the end of her work week with information and responding to frantic phone messages first thing on Monday morning. She really helped us greatly.

I know it sounds 'too flowery' of a review, but it was a very stressful endeavor, that was made so much easier and reassuring due to her patience and kindness. And the people in Anchorage who ultimately handed us the keys to our vehicles were also extremely helpful and kind.
