There was a little confusion at the onset about when the car would be picked up and from where. Executive Auto was good about explaining the process to me and letting me know they had little control over exact timing since they were brokering the transaction, not actually handling the shipment. The car arrived in good condition and took a little less than a week to get to MA from TX. This is my second time shipping a car across country and my experience with Executive was very good.
