My experience with Haferman Water Conditioning, Inc./ Kinetico went very well. We had them come out to install a water softener in our home as our water was marking all of our dishes. They came out and the work was done well and very quickly. We haven't had any issues since the work was done, and it made a big difference with our dishes. I would definitely use them again if needed, and I highly recommend their services.
