I first bought a water softener through Haferman Water Conditioning, Inc./ Kinetico 19 years ago (with a 30 yr warranty) and it's still working great! That's all the testimonial I needed when it came time to get a water purification system throughout the house. I also had them update our chlorine eliminator with their rejuvenated model, so they took the old one out for us. The installation went perfectly and their equipment is far superior to anything else. Competitors do come close - but Kinetico is much better - and they know it. To me, they seem a bit cocky about the pricing. That's my only issue really. They can be tight on discounts and a bit bossy with their customers since they are the best. They have good reason to be cocky, I guess, because they are so good. However they may find that being a bit more humble perhaps could really bring in the sales without having to cut down competitors. For me, personally, I figured if I'm spending that much anyway, what's a couple more hundred to get the top of the line. Overall, they are by far the best - absolutely 5 stars - and I highly recommend!
