We purchased both the water softener system and the reverse osmosis water filtration system from Haferman Water Conditioning, Inc./ Kinetico. We love the way they both work and we love the way that they installed them for us. We have a small utility room area and they worked hard to minimize the area taken up by the two systems. They were also good about following up with us after the installation to make sure that it was working the way it should and that we were informed about the operations. And they are a good company to work with in other ways too. The whole reverse osmosis thing is new to us and when we have questions about when to change the filters, they are quick to get back with us, usually within one day.
