I am a first time customer of Haferman Water Conditioning, Inc./ Kinetico and they made a great first impression. The water treatment is working great; the dishes come out squeaky clean now. The guys that did the install were polite and professional. There was a small leak that we called them about; they came out quickly and soon had the situation rectified. I recommend them to anyone. I plan to keep using them.
