Haferman Water Conditioning, Inc./ Kinetico came out recently to work on our water softener system. It was using a bunch of salt so the technician did a diagnosis of the system and talked with us about it. He let us know what he could do for us and took some time to answer our questions. He worked quickly and efficiently. He was respectful of our home. He was prompt, polite and professional. He was knowledgeable and courteous.
