The technicians at Haferman Water Conditioning, Inc./ Kinetico are all very professional and courteous. They really know their business and they are knowledgeable. We keep going back to them because everything from start to finish is seamless. We recently had them install a water softener for us. The technicians showed up on time and were respectful of our home. They explained what they would be doing and went to work right away. When they were done they went over the features of the unit and explained some things about regular maintenance and took the time to answer our questions. We will use Haferman Water Conditioning, Inc./ Kinetico again.
