Haferman Water Conditioning, Inc./ Kinetico is a really good company. They are always prompt when I need them, and they are there to answer every question I have. They are very nice, and good about helping me change out my filter. The kinetico system itself is great, too! It doesn't run on electricity, so when the power goes out, it keeps working. I am now on my second one after many years. I have been very satisfied with Haferman, and I highly recommend them!
