This was my first time using Haferman Water Conditioning, Inc./ Kinetico. They installed a macro lite backwashing filter. It's working excellent. I may not ever have to call them again for service because I have warrantied parts and labor. But I will if I need to. I would tell a potential customer of theirs that I would highly recommend Haferman Water Conditioning, Inc./ Kinetico. Scheduling the appointment was very easy to do. And they were easy to work with. Mike Nielsen was who installed the filter. He wanted to do a good job. So I made an appointment with him. He was the same guy who came out for service. He was polite and courteous. And I would say he is the best employee a person could ask for. He has been with Haferman Water Conditioning, Inc./ Kinetico for over 30 years. Plus he was 100% respectful of my home. I didn't get to compare their rates with other companies. But service and the complete package I was satisfied with. I knew I was getting a top-quality product with good customer service. I would absolutely recommend Haferman Water Conditioning, Inc./ Kinetico to my family and friends.
