Haferman Water Conditioning, Inc./ Kinetico installed our whole house water softening system, and a reverse osmosis device for our drinking water. When they need to come out for service or maintenance, they arrive as scheduled, and their employees are very friendly people. They do a great job for us, but I am particularly impressed by how knowledgeable they are about all things "water", and their attentiveness to our needs. Five Stars!
