For about two years now we have been using Haferman Water Conditioning, Inc./ Kinetico. Their services have been excellent each time they have come out to do work for us. I plan on giving them a call soon to come out again to do some work for me. I would highly recommend using them. Their technicians are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Since in the past, it has always been a very good experience using Haferman Water Conditioning, Inc./ Kinetico I think I will have them change out the filter for me. I am getting too old now to have to deal with that so it is very convenient to have a professional come out and do it for me.
