Haferman Water Conditioning, Inc./ Kinetico is a very understanding company. I have never had any issues with them. I have them service two of my properties. Most recently, I had them come out to do an initial set up of a water conditioner at one of the homes. The technicians are very pleasant to work. They did a great job. I always recommend them to others and plan on continuing to use them myself.
