Haferman Water Conditioning, Inc./ Kinetico has done a really good job for me. I purchased the water softener unit a few years ago, they installed it and have been back for normal maintenance a few times. The technicians have always been really good. They are prompt, polite and professional. If I have had any questions they have been able to answer them. Having a service call just to replace the filter is a bit expensive but once you know your system and how to replace the filter on your own it works well. I want people to know that Haferman Water Conditioning, Inc./ Kinetico has good quality units and their technicians are really great!
