I am a repeat customer of Haferman Water Conditioning, Inc./ Kinetico, having used them over a period of years. Currently, I am using their water softening system, and I get great results from that. It's a good product. The company's workers meet all the standards you usually read about in a review, such as showing up on time, being clean, courteous, and polite. They are knowledgeable, and do a professional job. All that being said, I am still impressed by the super reliability they exhibit. Haferman Water Conditioning, Inc./ Kinetico just never lets me down. And, I appreciate that! Five stars!
