Dalles was my service rep, he was awesome, he answered all of my questions and was very professional but laid back and down to earth, extremely easy to work with. Martin did my install less than a week later and he was the same way. Both individuals gave me their business cards and told me not to hesitate to call if I have any issues. I’m very satisfied and highly recommend to anyone looking for a new water softener system!
