Haferman Water Conditioning, Inc./ Kinetico we first called way back about twenty years ago. We more recently had an issue with the same water softener they had put in for us and called them back out to service it. The technician was very knowledgeable and came right out to install the new water softener. He answered all of our questions. After he left, we had no leaks whatsoever. I cannot say enough about Haferman Water Conditioning, Inc./ Kinetico. It is one of the finest water softener companies out there. Their products are the absolute best quality in the industry. They may be rather expensive, but by far, the very best! I would highly recommend them to anyone!
