Haferman Water Conditioning, Inc./Kinetico replaced my old water softener which was installed back in 1977. I had called them a couple of times before and they helped me over the phone explaining how to do certain things. In person they were polite, on time, and everything was done the way it was supposed to be. They provided great customer service, they were very friendly, and the pricing was great. I'd refer them to anyone.
