While the unit that I purchased from Haferman Water Conditioning, Inc./ Kinetico is definitely high quality, and has been working marvelously, there are a couple aspects of the service that I think could be improved upon. They installed the unit for me before my kitchen remodeling was complete, and they came back, at the end of the remodeling, to make the necessary changes, which was great, but then they kinda dropped off. I appreciated their initial quick turnaround, definitely, but would also certainly recommend improving their communication, a bit. Other than that, I'd for sure recommend them to others because the unit is working magnificently without any problems at all.
