I hired Haferman Water Conditioning, Inc./ Kinetico to install a water softener. This was the first time that I used the company and I am pretty happy with how the service went. Even though it was a bit expensive, I'm still satisfied with the overall results. The only issue I had was that John never got back into contact with me about dropping off a bag of specific softener salt that was recommended for this system. But otherwise, I think that I would recommend them to other people.
