We bought a water filter system from Haferman Water Conditioning, Inc/Kinetico about 20 years ago, and called recently to have ours checked out. The gentleman that came to our house ran some water tests, and found out we were in need of replacing, because it wasn't going to last too much longer. They replaced it, and even helped in buying two more for my kids, who live further north, by getting in touch with their local salesmen. They were professional and respectful, and did a good job.
