We sold our house in New Prague last year and moved to a different location in a different city. Haferman Water Conditioning came in and explained what it would cost to get their product over to the new home. When we got it to new home it turned out there was a leak. The guy was going to come immediately, but it was a holiday weekend so we told them that we could wait. Eventually, they came all the way from Burnsville, which is about an hour drive from our city. They were very accommodating, thoroughly went through the process, and now it's all fixed. There was no cost for the repair since it was their defect. They communicate very well when you need service. They're easy to get in touch with and they're here on time when they come out.
