The guy who came out from Kinetico was one of the better service technicians I've ever seen. He did an excellent job, cleaned up his mess, and explained everything very thoroughly. I've never had anybody do that so thoroughly. He was very informative. This was my first time using their service but I would use them again if we could get the same guy out. The price was too high for me so I ended up leasing instead of buying. Everything was good, though. I'm very happy.
