This was my first time with Haferman Water Conditioning, Inc./ Kinetico. They were a referral from home depot for the specific water unit I got installed. I had them put in a water softener and filter and the work turn out good. The workman was punctual, professional, clean and answered all my questions. The pricing was fair because I feel like you get what you pay for with this company. I would use them again.
