I had Haferman Water Conditioning, Inc. install my water softener system several years ago. I recently had them come out and do a tune up on it. When it regenerated it didn't stop regenerating like it's supposed to, so they had to replace a part. It wasn't a big deal. They do a heck of a good job. I've had several different water softeners and this one is the best. I have recommend them to a lot of people and I will continue to do so.
