When we first moved into this house about eleven years ago, there was an already installed system by Haferman Water Conditioning/Kinetico. Then I also had a water filter installed in the kitchen about ten years ago. Since then they've been responsible for maintenance and repairs. They've only had to come out a handful of times, since the system works fine mostly. We did need to have the filters changed. They're very easy to schedule with and when they do need to come out, they do it promptly. They are always on time and their technicians are very pleasant people. They are also clean in their work and do not leave a mess behind. They're professional and efficient.
