We've been Haferman's client for over 10 years and they've always been responsive. My recent call to them asking them for "HELP" was no different. I called them at 9 am when I realized that we NO salt in our water conditioning tank and no additional bags in our mechanical room. (For the record...this was my husband's fault, not Haferman's). By 11 am, Martin was at our home with salt and filters. In addition, he identified a way to arrange our system to prevent the no salt/no filter crisis from occurring in the future. Really great!
