My house had SMELLY, HARD, WELL WATER when I first purchased the home.
I heard Hofferman's commercials on WCCO and thought I would have them check my water.
YUCK - They found levels of gunk that were unacceptable. I asked what could be done to make my family SAFE TO DRINK THE WATER.
They gave MANY, MANY options.
I purchased a water treatment unit, and the difference was INCREDIBLE.
After they installed that, I called them back to talk about the water purifier for the kitchen. ( we spoke at the appointment, but just moving in the house, we had to take things as we could )
The representative checked the water, and found the water treatment was working fine, but he "fine tuned" it to make it more efficient.
He recommended we rent/buy a water filtration system for the kitchen; fully explained which systems did, I thought there was only one type of filtration! I asked him which system he had in his home, he told me - and I went with that system!!!
Being a 100% disabled Veteran, their Maintenance personnel respond quickly when I need more salt or filters replaced. THEY ALWAYS ARE PROFESSIONAL and SO POLITE.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HOFFERMAN'S FOR ANY WATER TREATMENT NEEDS! ! ! ! ( THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS AS WELL! )
