I was very happy with how the work from Haferman Water Conditioning, Inc./ Kinetico went. I had them come out to install a water softener in my home. The people that came out to do the work were very courteous and efficient, they were in and out quickly, and did a great job explaining how the whole system worked, explaining in great detail what product and services we were getting. Overall I thought the work from Haferman Water Conditioning went quite well, I would definitely use their services again when I need, and I highly recommend them.
