I manage my own properties and I've been doing business with Tenant Factory for about 3 years. They are good about getting tenants but they can do a better job with communicating progress.

Overall, I'm happy with the quality of the tenants they bring in. They're very good with screening and have a good repertoire of generating tenant leads. I usually don't have a property empty for more than 30 days before it's filled. They also prepare the leases, help the tenants with move-in and take care of little maintenance things.

The only thing I'd ask to improve is the communication on how many people are viewing and if they have any feedback. Small things, but for a property owner, it's nice to know.
