This was my first time using The Tenant Factory. The pricing was a little high. If I used them again, I might ask for more favorable terms, although it wasn't completely unreasonable. I was happy with how everything was handled. Initially it was a little hard getting questions answered but once we were engaged, it was easy to get ahold of people. Overall, everything went well.
