I have used The Tenant Factory three times on vacant properties and they found tenants for those properties in a reasonable amount of time, each time they have found great tenants.
The really nice thing is that they manage the property as well so I don't have to worry about it.
The one thing I would say to potential new customers is that sometimes it may take a little longer then you think to find a tenant but the tenants themselves are always fantastic.
