I have been using Daniel at the Tenant Factory for about four years now. He finds great tenants for me and signs them into the lease, and that's the end of his service. He does all the screening, all the showing, then going over the lease paragraph by paragraph, and taking the deposit and first month's rent. I am completely satisfied with him. He does a great job and that's why I continue going back to him. I have no bad experiences whatsoever, and we work great together as a team.
