The Timbers team keeps the property clean, although some residents are purposely messy, leaving discarded items in the common areas. I'm not talking about the serviceable items that another person might find useful (such as ironing boards or snow shovels), but actual broken furniture, appliances, or opened food products that residents are too lazy to take to the dumpster.
The snow plowing is always done in a thorough and timely manner.
The property is very convenient for those who want to live on post but don't have family accompanying them. The rent is pricey, and you have to pay separate for storage and (limited) garage space, but I can only attribute the high prices to residents' willingness to pay for the convenience. The rent amount eats up almost all of my BAH.
The walls are thin and some of the neighbors aren't especially courteous, even during quiet hours (loud TVs, music, loud bumping on walls and ceilings/floors, etc.) The management sends out reminder notes, but I don't know how helpful that is. Maybe they are too nice.
Work orders are handled promptly. The staff is friendly, and I enjoy the monthly social events at the community room.
