They are real artisans! We used Artisan Hardwood Floors five years ago for the entire living room, stairs, and the kitchen. They did a wonderful job. We had linoleum in the kitchen, carpet on the stairs, and old hardwood in the living room. They removed everything and took it all down to the boards. Then, they installed the new floors. The floors still look gorgeous five years later, despite the dogs. We liked Artisan Hardwood Floors so much that we hired them again this year to do our bedroom and office. Once again, they had to remove carpeting and old particle board, and then take everything down to the boards before installing the new floor. Both times, the jobs were very big. I don't hesitate to recommend Artisan Hardwood Floors. A plus.
