The installers were prompt, polite and professional. There wasn't much to explain about what they were doing but they did give us a brief overview of the installation process and took the time to answer the few questions we had for them. When we first called them they had someone come meet us at the house to show us samples. They did a good job of going over the types of flooring to help us make our decision.
