Artisan Hardwood Floors refinished our hardwood floors for us, and then resealed them. They were very friendly people, and they did a professional job for us. The work itself was pretty good. But, their communication skills back and forth were not so good. They were slow to respond to questions, and sometimes they were not clear about things. They did a minor bit of damage to the molding, but they fixed it when we pointed it out to them.
