Artisan Hardwood Floors did an excellent job installing our floors. However, there were a couple of issues during the process. First, they didn't confirm the appointment. So on the morning that had been arranged, they just didn't show up. We had to phone them and it turns out they'd forgotten. So they scrambled together a crew and they did then come to begin the work. However, it meant that the original timeline got pushed back a little bit. The second thing was that while doing the work, they went into my laundry room and just unplugged my washer without consulting me. It was a careless and disrespectful act and when I brought it up with the man, he was very dismissive of my concern. He was also not communicative and didn't want to tell me what he was doing. Other than that, the actual work was very good and I'm quite pleased with the floors. I don't want to be too hard on them because the work itself was great. They got the job done and they did it well. For those things, I would definitely recommend them.
