I discovered American Heelers online through a Google search several years ago.
Had back pain and a known leg length discrepancy. Went through chiropractic and physical therapy with partial relief. Noticed complete relief with a heel lift, but had mid-foot pain on the side with the lift. Tried these guys, and complete relief of back and foot pain.
They have modified dress shoes, casual shoes, even cycling shoes. Quality is outstanding (some of these shoes have had to have the sole replaced but the modification held up just fine.
