A friend recommended American Heelers to me and I am so glad he did. I had used a local shoe repair service that simply added a lift to the bottom of the shoe. It did not look as polished as AH's did and it made the shoe heavy. I use the Honeycomb option and that made all the difference with flexibility and weight, plus AH puts the lift between the sole and the bottom of the shoe so you don't notice the lift as much!
